We’ve expanded our sales team!
Absolute Haitian has expanded our sales management team with the promotion of Jason Tucker and the addition of three new sales managers for Absolute Haitian and Absolute Robot. “The expansion of the sales team will support existing accounts as well as take our growth to the next level,” said Sherman McGinnis, Vice President of Sales. “All four of these professionals combine dedication to customer success with the technical insight to help molders acquire the right equipment for their needs. They embrace our company culture and philosophy: If the customer is happy, then we will be successful.”
Jason Tucker has been promoted from Southeast Regional Sales Manager to National Accounts Manager. In his new position, Jason will coordinate sales for multi-location accounts throughout the U.S and Canada as well as maquiladora accounts in Mexico. Jason has been with Absolute since 2022, demonstrating a history of success in the expansion of customer relationships and development of new accounts. His nearly 25 years of experience includes the identification of molding solutions for the medical, packaging and connector market segments.
Matthew (Matt) Marsh is Absolute’s new Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region. Matt joined the company in January 2026 and brings 15 years of experience in the plastics industry including stints with an industrial controls company and a complete plastics equipment supplier. Matt is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served at Fort Knox specializing on A2 turret systems for Bradley military track vehicles, among other responsibilities. Marsh will be based in the Applications Center in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.
Connor McLeod has been named a territory sales manager for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Connor, who joined Absolute in 2024, is based in the Austin, Texas area. He is driven to supporting injection molders with technology most appropriate to their processing needs. Prior to being named territory sales manager, Connor was a sales development specialist for ARI as well as buying and selling used plastics machinery for Absolute Machinery. McLeod comes from a family of injection molding professionals.
Stephen (Steve) Porth has been named Regional Sales Manager for Absolute Robot, our automation division. Porth specializes in automation/robots, working closely with molders to understand their unique needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving value through cutting-edge technologies that streamline manufacturing processes. Porth joined ARI in May 2022. With this promotion, Porth will be responsible for automation-specific market share growth, supporting sales representatives throughout the U.S. and Canada.
