This position is responsible for assisting Absolute Haitian generate new leads and to help foster existing customer relationships.
Position Overview
This position is the foundation of sales efforts at the Absolute Group of Companies. The Sales Development Specialist role is an entry level inside position dedicated to supporting sales efforts at the Absolute Group of Companies, with an emphasis on generating new business. Team members will focus on opportunity discovery and setting up meetings. New team members will have the opportunity to work closely with Business Unit Managers, Vice President of Sales, and Regional Sales Managers across multiple product lines to establish targets and goals. Success within the Sales Development Specialist role paves the way to future sales career opportunities within the organization.
Essential Functions
• Focus on outbound activity, calls and emails, setting appointments for outside sales team
• Submit client requests for price quotes
• Follow up on current and expired quotes given to prospects and customers
• Maintain customer database (Salesforce)
Required Experience and Education
• Previous customer service experience in a sales environment
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is very helpful
• Associates Degree or higher

Position Overview
This position is responsible for direct Absolute HAITIAN Corporation machine start-up, repair service, and/or technical assistance at the customer’s facility or technical center to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems of new and used injection molding machinery
- Start up, provide molding assistance, and give hands-on operator and maintenance training for new injection molding machines
- Act as company representative in direct handling and follow-up of customer issues to ensure machine problems are resolved quickly and effectively
- Keep customers and management informed of installation and service activities
- Generate clear, concise, accurate, and complete field service reports and expense reports with timely return to the home office
- Maintain installation log for machine builds 1000 ton or larger
- Fill out warranty parts requests
- Follow safety guidelines in all installation and service activities
- Position works from home, with frequent travel to customer locations in the US and Canada, up to 100%
Required Experience and Education
- •Associate’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, or electrical), or equivalent work
- Working knowledge of process parameters of injection molding to assess whether a problem is mold, materials, or machine related
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings
- Ability to use hand tools and various hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical test equipment
- Fully computer literate with experience in Windows applications
- Minimum of five (5) years of field service experience or equivalent in troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines
- Must possess and maintain a serviceable vehicle for transportation to and from work sites
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

Position Overview
The Global Operations Specialist will serve as a critical connector between U.S. and China-based business functions, ensuring alignment on project deliverables, timelines, and data accuracy. This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth logistics, and efficient coordination across inventory, payments, shipping, and sales operations. This role requires deep attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and comfort interacting with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
Essential Functions
- Support daily operational and project management activities between U.S. and China-based teams to ensure alignment on operations and priorities.
- Prepare and analyze data using advanced Excel functions, QuickBase, and prior experience with Salesforce and NetSuite are highly preferred.
- Track and report progress on assigned projects, maintaining meticulous attention to changes in schedules, requirements, and deliverables.
- Translate and interpret conversations, reports, and documentation as needed to facilitate understanding between English and Mandarin speakers.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and reference documentation to support leadership decision-making related to, inventory replenishment, payment challenges, and growth patterns.
- Coordinate meetings and communications across time zones, using multiple channels (email, virtual platforms, approved apps, etc.).
- Collaborate with global finance, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy in systems and reports.
- Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements that increase efficiency and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, orrelated field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (read, write, speak)required.
- Strong expertise with ERP systems; NetSuite experience aplus.
- Strong expertise with CRM systems; SALESFORCE experience aplus.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a global data-driven, operations, or project coordination role—Project Management education / experiencea plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups,dashboards).
- Proven ability to manage projects, track changes, and maintain accuracy across multiple threads of work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able tocollaborate effectively across cultures and time zones—specifically between China and USA.

Working Conditions
This role is based in a combined office and manufacturing environment, with time split between a computer workstation and the production floor around machinery, material handling equipment, and active manufacturing lines. Standard work hours follow the plant’s day schedule, with occasional early-morning or evening meetings to coordinate with teams and suppliers in China across time zones and to support urgent production or logistics issues. Regular on-site activities may require walking, standing, and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), and participation in cross-functional meetings to review quality, delivery, and engineering topics.
