Mars MAV/F Pro Series: Servo-hydraulic. Dynamic. Economical.

Introduced at the K Show, the new Haitian MAV/F PRO Series was developed specifically for economical high-performance applications in the packaging sector. With an injection speed of 800 mm/s, FEM-optimized plates, and a servo-driven plasticizing unit, it offers a robust and durable solution for fast cycle times and high quantities.

RFID-based access, intelligent diagnostics, and energy and lubricant management are integrated as standard. In combination with infrared heating, energy savings of up to 30% can be achieved. At K 2025, the production of a 2-liter round container (PP) in a 2-cavity mold with a cycle time of 5.0 seconds was demonstrated on an MA3800F-2330 Pro (427 U.S. tons clamp force).
