Haitian Expands Production in Mexico
Haitian Mexico is ramping up production of “Made in Mexico” MARS and JUPITER series injection molding machines in their new state-of-the-art 300,000 square-foot manufacturing plant in Jalisco, Mexico just outside of Guadalajara.
The first of the “Made in Mexico” machines for the USA/Canada markets have already been delivered! Now with an expanded capacity to build molding machines up to 2,697 US tons. This facility will allow USA/Canadian molders to purchase new Haitian machines with reduced tariff rates, improved lead times and will strengthen the North American aftermarket support capabilities.
The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest CNC machinery and quality control equipment. With massive double column machining centers for drilling platens to wiring in the control cabinets, Haitian Mexico has the capabilities to fully construct Haitian’s best-selling MA 5 toggle and JU 5 two-platen series. All machines produced in Haitian Mexico will meet Haitian international strict quality standards, as well as meet all safety and OSHA requirements for machines delivering to USA/Canadian customers.
