Generation 5 Launches at NPE 2024

At NPE2024, Absolute Haitian presented the fifth generation of the Haitian servo-hydraulic and Zhafir electric injection molding machines. Generation 5injection molding machines provide molders with an overall performance upgrade, with an emphasis on enhancements in energy efficiency and intelligence.

The Generation 5 molding machines combine innovative hardware with digital intelligence and features available to users as standard equipment, providing competitive advantage at no extra cost. The goal is to reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of production.Features include:

FLEXIBLEINTEGRATION
The technology on display provides examples of flexible integration with peripheral devices and automation fully integrated machine controls at the stand. On theJU5 machine cell, a production monitoring system from Clariprod has been integrated into the machine’s control and is visible remotely from the machine.

Energy efficiency and sustainability are one of our core competencies in the Group. Energy-saving servo motors have been standard since 2006 - whether electric or servo-hydraulic.

Them olding machine technology on display includes four separate machine cells in the 70-foot x 70-foot booth (4,900 square feet). Machine cells included a JU 5two-platen servo-hydraulic IMM making an automotive part, an MA 5servo-hydraulic IMM producing a consumer container, an all-electric VE 5molding a medical syringe barrel and an electric ZE 5 stack molding a medicalIV filter.
TheGeneration 5 IMMs offer a combination of up to 20% energy savings, decreased machine footprint and improved cycle times. From an intelligence perspective, the newly improved control systems have applied AI algorithms and sensor technology to improve various functions such as energy management, accuracy, consistency, diagnostics and assistance.
