Zeres F Series: Electric. Precise. Fast.

The new Zhafir Zeres F Series combines electrical precision and an intelligent machine concept with high speeds – up to 500mm/s.

Technical highlights include motion sequences of up to 1,300 mm/s, and AI-supported tool monitoring that detects deviations of 0.01 mm in less than 0.05 seconds. A new cylinder heating technology reduces energy consumption by up to 30%. The ZE-F Series achieves an efficiency of up to 95%.

At the K Show, the ZE-F Series (ZE2300VF-830hs with 259 U.S. tons of clamp force) showcased a 500 ml food container with a 4-cavity mold including a fully integrated IML cell, developed entirely in-house. Cycle time was 3.3 seconds! See it run!
