Haitian's best selling electric model, the Zeres III series provides customers with the benefits of an all-electric molding machine without the costly price tag and limited functionality. The Zeres has all-electric movements for the clamp and injection, but uses integrated hydraulics for cores, ejectors and pull-in cylinders. 

The Zeres is ideal for a wide-range of applications due to its high-precision, repeatability and efficiency. Equipped with a powerful Sigmatek control that allows customers to tweak their process to maximize profitability.

    PATENTED SERVOMOTOR TO GEARPUMP DESIGN The direct drive connection between the servo-motor and the gear pump provides excellent drive torque giving maximum acceleration and deceleration speeds for all machine functions.
  • INJECTION UNIT
    HIGH PERFORMANCE The rigid one-piece injection base supports the common slide rail for injection and screw movements, reducing stress and increasing movement precision. The balanced twin injection cylinders apply equal force to the screw during injection.

    REDESIGNED TOGGLE KINEMATICS The new clamp design lowers energy consumption and provides faster movement for reduced cycle times. Redesigned toggle kinematics lower stress on the platen and provide higher mold force stability, reducing mold wear and improving molded product outcomes.
