Overview
Absolute is searching for a committed, driven sales intern to join our sales and marketing team at Absolute Group in Worcester during the summer of 2022. This position supports sales and marketing efforts at Absolute Robot, Absolute Machinery, and Absolute Haitian.
What you will be doing:
Hands on experience updating websites, social posts and creating ads
Assisting in creating material for the sales team to use in the field
Conducting market research and utilizing it to make ad decisions
Learn the basics of industrial machinery and how to market it
Helping sales staff with price quotes
Assisting with marketing online auctions
Experience marketing under a $2.5B brand as well as local brands
Direct B2B marketing experience
Potential career path to a sales or marketing role at Absolute
Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Proficient computer skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Basic knowledge about internet marketing and SEO
Previous customer service experience is very helpful
