When you purchase a HAITIAN Injection Molding Machine from Absolute HAITIAN, you can buy with confidence - in the machine and the dealer.
Because only Absolute HAITIAN, a Select Machinery Dealer, can offer this extended warranty and only after successfully applying and qualifying for inclusion in this program.
What's more, only machinery that meets strict program standards is awarded a Select Machinery Warranty.
Some Injection Molding Machinery includes a one year manufacturer's warranty. When you buy a HAITIAN Injection Molding Machine from Absolute HAITIAN, you get the manufacturer's warranty, plus a one-year extended warranty that begins when the manufacturer's warranty ends.
The Select Machnery Extended Warranty covers:
80% of the cost to repair or replace Select Machinery after a breakdown (minimum $1,000 buyer deductible).
Labor and replacement parts, with payments up to the machine's full purchase price.
Electrical and mechanical breakdowns (not maintenance or performance)
Note: The first year of the warranty is covered by the factory OEM warranty for parts and service; the second year is covered by HSB for parts and service; the third year is covered by Absolute Machinery for major machinery issues
The Select Machinery Warranty Program is administered and underwritten by The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company - a world leader in equipment breakdown insurance.
HSB has insured and inspected equipment of all types since 1866, helping businesses get back up and running - fast - after a breakdown (more at www.hsb.com)
Contact HSB directly within four days to make a claim. An HSB claims specialist will collect basic loss information and, if needed, initiate a more in-depth investigation.
Working with you and Absolute HAITIAN, we will determine what is needed to get your Select Machinery repaired or replaced quickly.
Once the extent of the covered loss is determined, HSB reimburses you directly for the cost of repair - including parts and labor.
