MARS

The Mars series of machines offer a versatile and economical alternative to an all electric machine. It offers both the energy efficiency of an all electric and improved process repeatability compared to a conventional hydraulic toggle. At a price point of only a 10-15% above a standard Haitian Saturn Series Hydraulic Toggle, the Mars Series is the machine to consider as energy costs continue to rise.

The machine features a servo motor driven gear pump hydraulic configuration which delivers oil when needed for the various functions. The motor pump combination is idle when motion is not required - such as during the cooling or hold time during the cycle. The Mars Series Machines meet North American Safety Standards.

Based on the Haitian Saturn Series, the Haitian Mars Series is characterized with energy efficiency and environment protection. The innovative drive system
Equipped with a rotary encoder and a pressure sensor, the pressure flow state will be transmitted to the controller, the command of which will be sent out to the efficient synchronous servomotor to change the rotation and the torque accordingly. The corresponding flow and pressure adjustment ensures the highest quality and precision of the plastic parts produced.

With quick response and steady capability, servo gear shift dynamical control system has equipped with pressure feedback device with high precision and sensitivity, which forms a close-loop precision control and provide products with high stability for customers.

Quick response of the servo motor
The response time of the drive system is very fast. It requires only 0.05 sec. to reach the maximum power output. Cycle time is substantially shortened comparing with the plastic parts production by traditional hydraulic injection molding machines.
