VENUS

The VENUS series of All Electric machines offer a competitively priced machine capable of meeting the needs of high tech molding applications while offering All Electric energy efficiency.   The series builds on 7 years of design and development, including several machine design generations.  The VENUS is a product of German and Chinese Engineering collaboration.  All components are sourced from global suppliers that represent best in class solutions and cost effectively assembled and tested in Haitian's Zhafir facility in Ningbo China.

Included on all VENUS Series machines are the following features:

CLAMP

  • Compact and Durable 5 Point Toggle Clamp
  • 6 stages of speed and pressure adjustment for mold opening and closing
  • Compression injection program - 3 sequence molds available
  • Automatic mold height adjustment
  • SPI mold mounting and ejector pattern
  • 3 stages of speed and pressure for ejector forward and back motions
  • 1 Air Blow Circuits on the Stationary Platen
  • 1 Air Blow Circuits on the Moving Platen

    INJECTION UNIT
