Thank you for purchasing or considering purchase of an Absolute HAITIAN machine. The information within the Buyers and Prospective Buyers document is aimed at answering questions that often arise while purchasing equipment. The following topics are covered in this document: payment information, freight information, packaging, and loading.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment price of a machine includes only the cost of machine's, freight and insurance, to be delivery to the outside of the door step of your facility as addressed within the quote proposal. Payment terms are as follows:
- 30% of machine price as down payment by wire transfer with Purchase Order
- 40% of machine price as 2nd payment before machine is released from China Port.
- 30% balance due within 30 days after machine delivery.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times vary depending on the tonnage of the machine ordered. Implementation of delivery process begins once the following is completed:
- 3 months for the injection molding machine clamping force below 500 tons
- 4 months for the injection molding machine clamping force arrange from 500-1500 tons
- 5 months for the injection molding machine clamping force larger than 1500 tons
The following timelines are only estimates for delivery time and are meant to serve as a guideline.
A written purchase order is received
- The 30% down payment is received by Absolute HAITIAN
- A signed sales confirmation with signature
- Clarification of all technical and commercial details; subject to prior sales
